The title track was cut during the tracking of Lynn Cardona's "Loving You" album. The backing band is made up of University of Memphis jazz students and professors. They were a little suspicious at first, but were won over by Mr Tater's enthusiasm. Everyone agreed that the funk/soul/jazz tracks they cut with him were remarkable and unique.

Mr Tater Clarksdale, Mississippi

Mr Tater (born Foster Wiley on March 29th, 1947) was described as the last of the Delta Blues Street Musicians. He lived in Clarksdale, Mississippi for most of his career and made many records and even more friends. He appeared on the BBC and in the New York Times, but he was most happy when he was on stage, performing. He passed away on September 10th, 2010. "I never play the same song twice." ... more
